Subject: Cabinet Report Zone 3C

The first meeting of Zone 3C was held on Sunday September 20, 2009 at the Lions Manor.  All Clubs except Calgary Eastport were in attendance.  I was aware that Eastport would not be able to attend and therefore attended their Club meeting on September 1, 2009.

All the Clubs in the District are aware of the International theme of “Move to Grow”.  Lion Gordon Prusky gave a presentation on how to keep members and DG Fred Walters gave a short talk on the objectives for the upcoming year.

The minutes of the meeting are attached.

The meeting was hosted by the Lions Club of Calgary.

The next meeting will be December 6, 2009 at the Lions Manor at 2 pm and will be hosted by Woodcreek.
